At the age of 22, I weighed over 98kg and started to struggle with my body image. I was then determined to take back control of my life, I knew I had to fix my habits first. I quit making excuses, I started researching, meal prepping, and working out.
With time, I managed to achieve my goal and feel so much healthier. Throughout this journey, I learned to do things in moderation and found creative ways to stay on the right path. As a snack junkie, I created my own snacks to satisfied my cravings in a healthier way.
Fast forward today, Earth Brothers has born and I am determined to share more healthy snacks to inspire others to snack healthy!

Had never came across such a unique flavoring combo spread like black sesame and almonds let alone, black sesame spread, and to my surprise, tastes so smooth with just the right amount of sweetness. Will definitely order more next round.
