Pistachio Praline Recipe: White Chocolate 200 G UHT Liquid Cream 200 G Pistachio Paste 70 G
Direction:
1) Melt white chocolate and mix into UHT cream.
2) Add Pistachio mix well.

Pistachio Cream Recipe: Pistachio Paste 150 G Whole Milk 190 G White Chocolate 100 G Unsalted Butter 30 G Sugar 15 G Direction:
1) Simmer the White Chocolate, Butter, Whole Milk & Sugar in a pot.
2) Mix the Pistachio Paste with the pot of liquid into blender.
3) Blend everything until it become the cream texture.
